Shipping & delivery

Electrical products need careful packaging. Every product is packed in its original box with extra cushioning, and larger items like refrigerators, ACs and washing machines are protected at the corners before they leave.

Most products are in stock and ready within 1–3 business days of your order being confirmed. In Bahraich and nearby areas delivery is usually the same or next day after dispatch; elsewhere in Uttar Pradesh 2–5 business days, and the rest of India 5–10 business days.

Please check the outside of the packing when it arrives, ideally while the delivery person is present. If you see any damage, take photographs and tell us straight away on 06746745338 or WhatsApp. For large items we can arrange installation support in many cities.
